Lovern Hired as New Operations Manager at MidCity Office

BUFFALO, N.Y. - MidCity Office Furniture has hired David Lovern as operations manager. This position consists of receiving, processing, and fulfilling sales orders. Lovern works along side the sales team to ensure that MidCity maintains a high level of customer satisfaction from scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs to promptly following up on any issues that may arise.

Lovern joins MidCiy with a background of customer service and management in retail and in construction as a cement mason. Outside of the office, Lovern and his wife, Alison, run an event photography business. David lives in Kenmore with his wife and son, Fionn Malachy.
