Graduates from UB CEL Core Program
BUFFALO, NY – Kurt Amico, managing partner of
MidCity Office Furniture will complete professional development
through UB CEL Core Program on June 9, 2005. He is among a class
of 20 and there are over 850 graduates of the program.
The Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership's Core Program is a
ten-month professional development opportunity that is designed
to nourish and advance the talents and operating abilities of
practicing entrepreneurs.
It is a challenging schedule of events that provides participants
with opportunities to examine their entrepreneurial strengths
and weaknesses, explore business challenges and opportunities
that affect their firms, and learn from seasoned executives from
the community, as well as respected academicians from the University
at Buffalo's School of Management.

With
over 20 years experience in the industry, Kurt has expertise
in all aspects of the business. In 1991 Amico joined as
a sales representative, and in 2000 was promoted to vice
president. In 2004, Amico became the company's managing
partner overseeing day-to-day management.
Kurt
is very active in the business community and is on the Board
of Directors for Niagara Business Associate. He is also
in the 2005 graduating class for UB School of Managements
CEL program and is enrolled in the Advanced CEL program.
He is a resident of Tonawanda.
